Last week was the American Idol Finale. My mom was talking to me about it on the weekend and thought that Lady Gaga's performance was a "bit much" I didn't know what she meant by this. So I asked her. She goes "Lori, children are watching that show. She was not appropriate at all. Rolling around on that cliff." I think I had missed something. I watched it, but it totally went over my head. Even now when I see it, I don't think it is that bad.
Oh well I like it, and I didn't think of the poor children.

2) If Nigel Lythgoe and the other producers had an issue with it, they would have asked them to tone it down. Of course, that would make them seem like assholes who were restricting artistic vision (or whatever)... and unless I'm wrong, it probably aired after 9pm, so it's the parents' faults!
